While maintaining his longstanding private practice, Mr. Dow concurrently served for a decade as an appointed judge of the Englewood Municipal Court in Englewood, NJ. Shortly before retiring from this position in 2015, he received an award for dedicated service from the City of Englewood, as well as awards of appreciation from both the staff of the Englewood Municipal Court and the Englewood Police Department.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Dow is an active member of both the NAACP and the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He also chairs the deacon board of Hackensack’s Mount Olive Baptist Church and serves as a 32-degree master mason with Mt. Zion Lodge No. 50.
